Tempo runs approx 75 meters
10 times through with med ball slams x 20 or push ups x 20 after each run
This is the first time I have tried the tempo runs. I got the idea from my friend Franz of RevolutionLaJolla Thanks Franz.
After did a double bottom up press for a big PR (vid in above post)

Glad you did the Tempo Runs!
Were you able to focus on relaxation in the arms, hands, legs, face, neck and jaw? And of course a little bit of tension in the obliques / abdominal area?

Franz have to give it a bit longer to form an opinion but first impression is good. I will be incorporating it into the workouts twice a week.
