Excellent superset combination. Chins flew up.

niiice. I cant train BU press regularly as they burn out my grip too much. thats solid. I don have to go back and make the 28 kg BU press as I only got it 3/4 last time. stronger now so it should go. thanks for the update.

Mark try out the BU clean and chins. They work awesome together. I think that Joe said we might be stopping by soon so I will pass on what I have learnt about the BU work that I have been doing.
I don't hink I will ever be lean Franz;) but leaner would be good.
