I like the variety in your workouts you have been doing lately. Nice mix of different tools, rep ranges and bodyweight exercises.

Training like a fighter! I like that man, I used to do a LOT of conditioning sessions like that, before I found KB's. You must have been talking to Ross again?! Good stuff bro.
