I don't know Dean but his website is great! Omar is a character and I know him from Josh's boot camp two years ago. Great guy!
oops...I deleted my comment. :/ but I just said that this looks like a circus stunt and you guys should take your show on the road! Omar IS a great guy and an amazing athlete. I'm chomping at the bit for Mike and I to get into z-health! ;)
