Thursday 1st

Joint mobility & shoulder dislocates
Halo (w/16kg k/bell) 2 sets x 10 reps
Windmill (w/24kg k/bell) 2 reps; 3 reps

Clubbells (15 pounds) all with 2 clubs except behind head circles
Swipe & press 2 sets x 5 reps
Shield cast (both ways) 2 sets x 5 reps
Behind head circles 2 sets x 5 reps

York blob deadlifts #35 x 1
#40 (added 2 x 2.5 plates) 2 sets x 1 rep

Plate curls #10 x 10 reps (flip over at rep 5)
Thumb gripper x 2 reps

Millitary press (2 yellow + 1 red) bands 2 x 3 reps * switch back to 2 red and 1 yellow*

Friday 2nd

Joint mobility & shoulder dislocates

Windmill (w/28kg k/bell) 2 sets x 2 reps
Elbow raises (w/28 kg k/b) 5 reps

Tire flips (#417) x 4 reps
Sledge hammer tire (#16) x 5 reps

Groove felt better 2nd time through, haven’t done them in a while though.

Farmers walk (handles #110) to corner and back NO REST
