Anyway here is the workout:
Swings 16,24,32,24,16 x 5
Squat 16,24,32,24,16 x 5
Mil. Press 16,24,32,24,16 x 5
High Pull 16,24,32,24,16 x 5
Took approx 3-5 mins between exercises and a couple of short rests on the squats and MP.
Then played around on the bag for a bit! Good times.
