Sac Chainsaw Masacre

There is so much more involved in a tree growing than chopping one down.

Been doing more gardening. Chopped down 3 trees and it was hard work but great fun. Climbing, dragging, chopping, lifting....No reps, No sets just good hard labor intensive work:)

Hey Ken!

That's some hard work you are doing there. I will call you when I get back from Dallas. Hope all is well.

Those are sometimes the BEST type of workouts!

But I have one request:

When you come to San Diego this weekend please do not chop down any trees in my back yard, okay?

:)

Ken, over head squat worked fine. The one you taught me few days ago. My shoulder recovered from agony a notch.

By the next time you're in Japan, I'll list up things I want you to chop down.

I go through similar workouts every so many days of climbing, crawling, squatting, lifting, and pushing heavy stuff in my Theater. With enough rest, this activity keeps you young and prevents you from becoming locked in a groove where only specific PR's are worn on your sleeve. You are ready for anything vs a specialist is one small area and non functional for life. Be able to play wrestle with your Grandchildren will trump a few trophies any day. Nice blog, Ken!
