Killer Saturday

Weighted walks

Took my 55 pound sandbag for a 3 mile walk. It took 49:06. Shouldered, Headlock, overhead, bearhug, zercher and across both shoulders. Carried it the whole time. Goal is to carry #100 in less than an hour!
