Felt great to be doing deads with the reg diameter bar again. I definately feel a huge carryover with grip now.

Extensor work is great. Really helping with the hand health.

yeah Ken, I learned that one from a crazy Russian guy named Demetri.
that exercise is so hard mentally it's unreal.

For some odd reason, I kind of like that exercise. Sick, aren't I?
