Been busy all week making upgrades for the garage! Good fun and will definitely be good the garage look a lot better.

Band presses 2 magenta + 1 yellow 5 x 5 sets

Friday

Pistols (using band overhead) 5 x 3 sets
Tricep pushdowns w/band 5 x 3 sets

Jump lunge
