Farmers walk with #70 kb's for 250 feet
Farmers walks were done inbetween reps with the med ball ie cleans x 2, farmers walk, cleans x 4, farmers walk. So 15 x 250 feet = 3750 feet! Starting at push presses I rested halfway on the farmers walks.
Total time 24 mins. This was a killer workout and I am still feeling it today!
