Well I finally got a cold!!! So there is not much to report. Starting to feel better though:)

joint mobility
dbl high pulls 70's k/b 5 reps x 2 sets
dbl cleans 88's k/b 2 reps x 2 sets
band presses 5 reps x 3 sets
tri pushdowns w/blue band 5 x 3 sets
Thurs 30th
band presses 5 x 3 sets
Mon 3rd
sumo deadlifts 100's kb 6 x 6sets
This wiped me out way more than I thought it would but interesting difference compared to barbell.
