Kettlebell workshop
Some pics from yesterday's workshop. Excellent group of people and even got my parents to join in. I always have a lot of fun doing workshops and meeting people from all walks of life.
Ken, awesome job man. Looks like a great workshop. It is so cool to see you going out there and promoting yourself and good old fashioned training. You are for sure making a HUGE difference in the life on many people in Sacramento. Keep up the great work and keep spreading the gospel of health.
Way to go Ken! I am sorry that I could not be there, BUT I was at the April RKC! Thank you for getting me prepared! I credit your training and coaching with helping me pass the grueling and demanding certification. I could not have done it without your support and guidance.
Ken is the man. I've been a strength coach for 10 years and Ken has taught me TONS of useful and practical training tips. Congrat's on passing the RKC.
Thanks Franz and Pete. It is great to be around people that inspire us in many different ways. Franz it is awesome to be friends with you. You are a wealth of knowlege for me. Pete you did the hard work! Great stuff and congrats. Look forward to doing some training when you get back. SNATCHES?
Yes, the RKC certification is an awesome acheivement. I respect anyone who has completed the cert because there is alot of pride from the instructors in what they do and who they certify.
Steve Maxwell put us through our final Sunday workout with walking with 2 1.5 poods overhead for approx. 75 yds. then walking with them racked for 50-75 yds. then farmer walking them for another 50-75 yards. Then it was "bear crawl position, MOVE" superset with two hand swings until we covered the ground back to the starting position. We left whatever we had left on that field!
Yes, Ken, I am looking forward to more snatches and more workouts! Now the journey is just beginning... :)
