Back from Japan

Well I am back for Japan. Had a very good time.

Trained a little kb's with a guy from Tokyo. He said he will be going to RKC next year so he will be the first RKC in Japan.

Training was all bodyweight and band work. Nothing fancy. Some gripper work also.

Well done International Jet Set Ken! :) He posted the event on Dragon Door, well at least someone did about your visit to Japan. I hope you had a good time. I will be in touch.

Ken turned out to be a missionary of KB to Japan. And I was privilaged to attend it.
It's nice to have Mahler and Maxwell books and articles in Japan, but being taught by RKC instructor is exceptional.

Taikei,

Ken is definitely a top notch instructor in the US. I am happy that he made a great impression to you in Japan. Nothing beats one on one instruction.

It was great being in Japan. Taikei was good enough to come down from Tokyo (about an eight hour drive!)
It is good to be back home though;)
