Got the webcam set, only to be tested. I broke my only chair that I had so I have to talk to you with my knee on the floor.
Other than that, I found it better to write my blog in English, since to this point, no Japanese search engines have picked up the URL.

Yeah, I feel pretty inadequate when it comes to BU pressing, but you were right Ken, it has helped with my MP's in that I get more lat involvement and "push myself away from the weight"-thanks for the tip!

Thanks for encouragment guys. I was really happy with the result! Much stronger at it now. I will be interested to see what carryover it has to regular pressing.
