As I sit here listening to some John Coltrane, I dig your workouts brother! Never two days the same...just like me. I am loving the freestyle concept...just like some mellow jazz...fast and loose. I might change the name of my blog to "Kettlebell Jazz":0!!
Anyways man, really good stuff, always interesting AND inspiring.
