Sledwork!

AM

Clubs #15's pendulums 10 x 3
1 club shield casts 5 x 3
swipe with press 5 x 3
Behind head circles 5 x 3

PM

Dragged the sled out after quite sometime. #165 kicked my ass big time!
Did circuits of presses, rows, straight arm forward walk, & backward walk pull
approx 85 feet of each one accross front lawn
#90, #115, #140, #165

ah heavy sled dragging, that brings back the memories! we use to load up a sled IN THE GYM and pull it across the floor. one of the perks to owning the gym!

Ken, I havent seen many snatches in your workouts, do you do them?

Felt a lot heavier than it should have;)
Rif I do them from time to time. Just not in the mix at the moment.

KB, those sled drags are brutal, like you said. That is heavy man! It's like dragging a victim out of a rescue situation..total "dead weight" there is really no muscle group that goes unused in an exercise like that. Tough, but good fun!
