Rollouts 1 arm 1 x 2 (not all the way down)
2 arm 1 x 1

Watch your hip flexors. Remember what happened to Steve Maxwell's psoas.
He was doing rollouts and tweaked it bad. He was dragging his leg. Lotsa acupuncture and rolfing fixed it after he felt he was ruined forever.

I'm sure you are, as am I. doesnt surprise me that you are but when you know there's a cliff right off the edge of the turn you pay even MORE attention to how you go around it eh?

how old are you again Ken?

Very true Rif. I totally agree that you have to be more aware when you are transversing the cliff. In saying that I do not believe that I will injure myself doing this but I am conscious of the risk involved.
