Arghhhh so many questions;)
Yep we are lucky enough to have a pool.
Did the 2nd tempo run Saturday. Doesn't fatigue you which is great. We'll see how the body reacts to it but I am enjoying it.

The book is awesome Franz. You both did such a fantastic job. I haven't finished it yet but it is all very well laid out. Fantastic:)Clear and concise.
